Shirogane no Tsuru is a Japanese-style katana that blends collectible value and decorative elegance. It takes its fully silver-engraved scabbard as its bone, its deep blue blade light as its wings, its white-wrapped handle as crane feathers, and its blue-and-white cord as the ribbon around a crane’s neck. Every silver pattern resembles the delicate texture of crane plumage; as the cold light of the blade flows, it seems to echo the wind of the Edo period—a distilled masterpiece of Eastern weapon aesthetics.
